Rauten Vorster
General Manager
Rauten has 15 years' experience in business management and sales within the automotive industry. He recently moved to New Zealand from South Africa and brings strong leadership and management skills. Rauten enjoys fishing and renovating classic off-road motorcycles.

Paul Harley
Technician
Paul has a NZ Trade Certificate in Automotive Engineering and a NZ Advanced Trade Certificate in Automotive Engineering. He has 31 years experience in automotive, marine, construction mining and Oil/Gas drilling working in New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, USA and South America.
Paul enjoys farming, dirt biking, surfing, skiing, boarding, hunting, fishing and diving.

Stephen Kirkham
Lead Technician
Steve began his career in 2004 and has a certificate in Trade Technology Heavy Equipment, automotive heavy engineering road transport certificate and an automotive light certificate. He is an experienced trade qualified diesel mechanic with 8 years' experience working on buses and prior experience working on heavy mining equipment on the mines in Australia. Steve enjoys fishing, hunting and overseas travel.

Joseph Kora
Technician
Joe has his National Trade Certificate, CBIP qualification and welding certificates. He began working for Transport Maintenance in 2000 and has experience in all departments of general automotive engineering from lawn mowers to 4 axle trucks and wheel alignments. Jo enjoys motorbikes, fast cars and sports.

Callum Marshall
Technician
Callum started with his level 3 automotive certificate from Toi-Ohomai in 2018 having cut his teeth working on his dad's and grandfather's cars from a young age. He still loves to work on his and his friend's cars in his spare time. Callum enjoys attending the drift events and helping the pit crew.

Roberto Mattas
Technician
Roberto gained his automotive diploma in 2001. He has experience working with cars, bobcats, trucks and trailers. In order to learn more about the heavy automotive trucks he signed on at Toi OHomai as a diesel mechanic apprentice in 2019. Roberto enjoys football, rugby and kayak fishing.

Harvey McGinity
Technician
Harvey began as an apprentice in 2015 and became qualified in 2019 at Level 3 and 4 as an Army technician. He worked mainly with Mercedes and Volkswagen trucks and is now looking for a new challenge.
Harvey enjoys sports, outdoors and loves cooking a good roast.

Joseph McGregor
Apprentice Technician
Dojo always had an interest in heavy transport and repairing them. He began in the Army and then became a Bus driver before deciding to become a technician. He has always worked on his own vehicles in his spare time. Dojo is a third dan Karate instructor with his own school. He also enjoys treasure hunting and fishing.

Bruce Hancett
Driver
Bruce is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in building and preparing race cars and performance parts. He worked in developing one of the first hydraulic cylinder re-sleaving providers. In England he was involved in Formula 1 & 2 then in America with Can Am and Formula Atlantic racing.
Bruce still enjoys motorsport and designs, builds and sells kit cars in his spare time.

Bill Clough
Sales
Bill is an indentured fitter & welder with NZ Certificate in Engineering. His background is in engineering , design, manufacture and fabrication. At the same time Bill has established a career in sales and account management in New Zealand and Australia.
Bill enjoys time with his family and caravan travel throughout NZ.

Robert Green
Parts Administration Manager
Rob began working in parts after leaving school in 1985, his 34 years of experience in vehicle parts, aftermarket parts and specialized braking are highly regarded. He handles our supplier invoices as well as direct part sales to the public. Rob enjoys motor biking, camping, outdoors and overseas travel whenever he can get the opportunity!

Chris Newnham
Parts Support
Chris began working in the automotive parts industry in 1969 and acquired his Parts Trade Certificate in 1984. In 1991 he got his Hella Contact Man Certificate for electrical parts and began working at Transport Maintenance in 1996. Chris has a vast knowledge of parts and is well respected in the industry.
